Harpal thinks it is important to have meaning and purpose in your life. She wants to contribute more in the world and she is excited to have this opportunity to be involved in a sustainable action project bringing joy and resources where they are most needed. She believes looking after your wellbeing can take practice, having a little kindness and fun while you do this is important. When you care for yourself you are also caring for all the people around you.
